Silver Membership is designed for organisations that want to participate in HL7 Australia and stay connected with the development, implementation and adoption of health information standards in Australia. It provides an accessible organisational membership for teams that want to contribute expertise, involve multiple representatives and maintain a formal voice within the HL7 Australia community.
Health information standards are strengthened by the experience of the organisations that develop, implement and use them.
Silver Membership offers small and medium sized organisations the opportunity to participate in HL7 Australia, contribute relevant expertise, learn from experts and peers, and connect with others working across health standards and digital health.
It is well suited to specialist organisations, small and medium sized businesses, consultancies, technology companies and other organisations with an active interest in health information standards and their implementation.
Silver Membership allows your organisation to nominate up to three organisational representatives to receive applicable member benefits and participate in relevant HL7 Australia activities.
This gives your organisation the flexibility to involve people from different roles or areas of expertise while maintaining a single organisational membership.
Your organisation also holds three votes at HL7 Australia General Meetings and Member ballots, supporting formal participation in HL7 Australia’s member-based governance and standards community.

Silver Membership is suited to organisations that want an accessible way to participate in HL7 Australia as an organisation.
It may be the right fit if you want several people from your organisation to participate, want a formal organisational voice in HL7 Australia, or want to stay connected with health information standards relevant to your work.
If you are participating solely in your own capacity rather than on behalf of an organisation, Individual Membership may be more appropriate.
